They had no experience, were totally unqualified, and skrewed MTs and other non familial employees over royally without thinking about it twice or having any remorse in doing so. Ambition is one thing, but run the company correctly with qualified people and do the right thing by your employees. Forcing paycuts and then building a new home, office, 2nd home, fancy cars and vacations isn't doing right by the employees, it just causes resentment and distrust.
