What's Confidential Mean? - Jellybean

Posted: Sep 23rd, 2016 - 2:35 am

Nuance severance pay is given to laid off workers only if "the terms are kept confidential." What does it mean exactly? I hope it's not another way to gyp people. I mean, if you simply tell someone you were laid off by Nuance, is that spilling too many beans? What if you tell someone you were laid off because you live in a certain state, is that spilling too many beans and a loophole for Nuance to say they're not giving you severance pay? Hmm.
