Get into closed captioning, become a scribe (yes, in-house, sorry, but it does work), go into transcribing teleconferences - it's out there -just SEARCH. Go off the beaten path. You do not have to be a KS martyr!

I am speaking from experience - been there, and did that, and you can too!
