It's time to stop being so afraid to call the Labor Board and report this BS. They will protect you from any sort of retaliation. Contact both the labor board for your state as well as Illinois. Get them both in on this! This is downright illegal. By sitting idle and silent, this is only going to continue and potentially even get worse (if that's even possible). Please, if you work at KS and still have not gotten paid, for the love of God, pick up the phone and call the DOL so they can put an end to this! All it takes is one phone call to get the ball rolling.
