As soon as my background check comes back, I have a new job :) STRAIGHT DAYS, Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. All federal holidays paid. Hourly rate with production bonuses, but no reduction in pay if one has a bad day/week. Pay every other Friday. PTO accumulated to equal 80 hours a year and can be used in ANY INCREMENT. Full bennies after 90 days. I can wear whatever I want as long as my pertinent parts are covered and my choice is not pajamas (darn it ;-) The rules: Cell phones off at desk. Can check messages on breaks (two at 15 minutes each) and lunch (30 minutes). No food at my desk except for hard candy. No open containers at my desk, but can keep bottled water, pop, tea, coffee as long as it has a lid (for protection of equipment purposes and I have blown out more than one keyboard). It is data entry for companies including oil companies, colleges, healthcare providers, insurance companies, etc. There are approximately 60 employees at my location though the company is nationwide. It is 1.5 miles from my house and took 8 minutes to get there :) I am a happy camper. The pay is not tremendous, but the bonus potential is awesome, plus I am collecting SS so I have to stay within a certain level of wages or pay back SS. The jobs are out there, kids. I have been searching for over a year and it's not medical transcription, but it's a tremendous blessing and relief. I wish you all the very best of luck. Nuance sucks.
