...is minimum wage with MUP. Aren't they nice? (Of course I'm being sarcastic.) They make it sound like they're doing you a favor by guaranteeing minimum wage. What's assured also is that you don't make over minimum wage. I think they probably purposely switch your accounts if you start making too much money. And it's got to be a low minimum wage, which is why they're laying off employees in California.
