It ends up being a 1 to 2 hour process every single time. A few times I even remember talking to IT before it got offshored and they fixed the exact same problem in 10 minutes, which they almost always did, but just can't remember how they did it. Get on the phone with India and it's an hour, and then a call back, and then something else that used to work no longer works when it's all done. Omg, it is so not worth it.
