now 3 years later the doctors are NOT happy with the quality at all... I jumped ship and went with NEMT as I already knew nuances reputation. I want to be hopeful, but the 9 girls from my hospital that did go with Nuance only 1 is left - and she is at times not even making minimum wage. She is a hard worker and accurate typist, she's not a slouch by any means. Guess its time for a completely different field change....
