I worked for her about 5 years ago. Unless things have changed the owner is a doctor, herself, from India. The platform she had in place then made you jump from one section to another to do what really ended up being clerical work and no compensation for taking all of that time to do so. She was almost impossible to understand and would call me on the phone daily with some urgent need or complaint. Again, this was a while back, so things may be different now, but it was one of the worst places I ever worked for. Be cautious and do ask a lot of questions or just try it out first and see.
