I have ever heard of...well to start out my Monday anyway. I know on most of my account spec we ARE supposed to leave at least 2 lines between last line of text and signature line...not sure who your cohorts are, but obviously they aren't us. I think you are a little lost. Also, I don't get paid for anything extra (researching meds, looking up words, fixing doctor's speech, nada zip zilch extra), so why would anybody do that. Besides it looks terrible with extra lines, spaces, etc...so a GOOD MT would take care and make sure that doesn't happen. Again, you are lost and have no business posting that issue here.
