Not enough people working at the end of the week and on weekends now. Not too long ago it was the opposite, not enough people on Mondays. They make manditory adjustments to schedules and then they have screwed up the work flow yet again, and again, and again. It is a good thing they are hiring new people, because those of us who have been here way too long know that this is the true definition of insanity.
