I am so burned out on these lazy people. I had to leave blanks, I couldnt figure out exactly what she meant, and it's not in the past records.
But she copies word for word from the prior note, including errors. She has to know that drug and diagnosis are not correct, but she speeds through it anyway.
I have to find something else to do for work. I despise lazy people who dont make the effort to pronounce things properly.
Yes, one of those days again.
