QA person stated they based on entry of a doctor's name based on past reports as Dr. X usually says Dr. Y, although they could barely hear any name. .....but....... I would get severely reamed if I did this. Irks me to no end. Maybe I should just let it slide off my back like water on a duck, but it's hard to do so for me after being beat up so much by auditors who think they hear something differently than I do.
