Yes, I am noticing that too. And also weird, ASR is adding things in that no one said and they look totally normal. Like recently it added an allergies heading and allergy statement completely out of the blue, and I almost missed it because it was in the normal place an allergy statement would be. Every time that happens, I almost skip over it because it reads normally.
Now this morning it has stopped formatting a hospital that I have been working on for years. I'm getting the whole dictation as one giant paragraph with no headings.
