and I really dont see what the big deal is about this. Either you can do the job or you cant. I personally dont need a certificate or approval from some old hens who puff themselves up and are important only in their own little chicken coop or the people they buffalo with their CMT foolishness.
I, myself, dont have any grief getting or keeping a job. Never had CMT to worry about, I got jobs easily enough without one.
I've got the same good skills every other successful MT has, why should I kowtow and kiss feet of CMT people?
It's a piece of paper, people, get over it.
