for job searches, that many big hospital transcription positions ask for CMT, or one place actually stated that someone be willing to take the test and be certified within a year.
I dont understand where these places get the idea that CMT is better than non CMT certified.
CMT is endorsed by AAMT or whatever they call themselves these days = and that gropu and their certifications equals a big pile of C.R.A.P.
