Worse, having ESLs translate MEDICAL language in English, which is even more complex. And then having ESLs transcribing for ESLs speaking the most complicated language badly, including medical language.
Yeah, I trained the system too back then, and I remember how it all went wonky when they sent it overseas. And I remember how it took me awhile to figure out how their VR could have gone to crap like that, when it seemed OK after we'd gotten it trained. Seemed like a decent product. Then we all realized what had happened. Decent product, and they wrecked it.
