When you have Fluency issues as there have been - over the past weeks they need to stop Posted: Aug 21st, 2016 - 12:56 pm In Reply to: Has Mmodal always had the inactive time rule? - mom2huskies
asking about inactive time. This shows they do not understand the impact their platform deficiencies are causing. When you're spending 2-3 min to upload or download a job and another 2-3 minutes each document check, this adds up over the course of an entire shift. Just because they say Fluency is down for 20 minutes doesn't cover the fact that the issue was present the prior 10-12 hours, just not being addressed. We are being held to the fire over our time, yet it doesn't appear those responsible for maintaining platform stability are in any way being held to their metrics. Maybe they need to put more attention there instead of asking the MLS in the ditch frustrated beyond words why they had extra inactive time during a week plagued with platform issues. The win-win solution here would be to first fix what's known to be broken before trying to add on these unhelpful bells and whistles to an already broken down platform.
