I was wondering if Mmodal has always had inactive time? I tried to explain to my HSDM that I thought it started a couple of years ago but my HSDM said Mmodal has always had the inactive time rule in place. Personally I think this rule was made up to get more work out of us.
When I worked inhouse we just had to make at least 1200 lines in our 8 hour shift. Also when I worked for Spheris we just had to make 1200 lines. Of cource, that was before ASR and the cut in pay.
