Yes, our grid goes up higher, but it goes just as low as well. One error for QC, whether our own or a missed MLS error, results in minimum wage. Also, no. QC is not instrumental in cutting your wage. That's QA. QC has nothing to do with how much the MLS makes. Our grid may look good, but I made significantly more as an MLS.
