She used Dragon Speaking Naturally or Dragon Naturally Speaking whatever it is. She said she loves it. So much easier than cassettes or phone. I told her I used to be an MT. She said Oh but this takes your job! (say this in your best Indian ESL voice). But it's so much faster. Blecch.
