Why are MTs putting up with no pay for:
Headers/footers -- some of these programs are intensive as to info entered into that, not just a "uh-huh, correct patient, click on date."
Spaces (VBC)
headings and subheadings.
Really, we have to stop this somewhere.
Is it just extra money? Are people just so happy to work at home and counting every advantage and thinking it is still worth it? I can't do it anymore and by accepting these incremental reductions we are ruining the profession for good.
