This happened to me too in my hospital job. I was even one of the people who instituted production-boosting factors into our work. All we got was an email stating the date that bonuses would come to an end. No explanation or kind words given. Not even an attempt at class. This was followed soon after by an invitation to the annual employees dinner where I was to be thanked for my 15 years. Right. You can guess what I did that night. All my sweaters are lint-free now.
