was a "better" chair that I found at Staples that had a solid back (no spring there) and wide-range height adjustment so I could be 90 degrees at knees and hips. I then bought a back/lumbar cushion made by IMAK. Still need to get up to stretch, but been working for me. PS Best chair had arms, but was able to have a friend cut them off and put tape over ends...Not visible and works.
