problem. In clinic transcription, you wouldn't have any "instruments" per se. The hardest part of the transition would be probably be learning the different tests and maneuvers, but I just googled "list of orthopedic tests" and came up with a link to a very nice, comprehensive list.

Probably will have to look the name of brace now and again, but google is a wonderful thing.
