We have had our pay cut to unusually low wages for the skills we must have. Thanks for divulging your pay. It tells me that the bad economy here was more to blame than anything else for that and that Nuance took advantage of that fact and could get away with paying us nothing because they knew there were no other jobs to be had (and other jobs are still very much hard to get). Of course, all the hospitals (or most of them, anyway) have outsourced to take advantage of our (now extremely cheap for this country and this level of skills) labor.
