ProScript Team Lead position - curious

I saw an ad posted at the "other" site. Was curious if anyone has ever worked as a team lead for this company before and if they liked it. Pros and cons? I have recent QA experience and was thinking of applying. Would like to know if it would be worth my time to apply or not.
