So on really looking on how I did that - I did it within ShortHand and assigned it the Alt/M hotkey to pull it up right away.
What I did in ShortHand was just insert all the keys that caused it to happen. It starts with Alt/P (for Page Layout) and then following are all the keys sequences to get that page color. (I had to write all that down on a piece of paper first to get it right) I must have found that easier than figuring out the macro.
