In this case, it seems that it is time to spice up your resume. In their ads, the MTSOs lie. They make the positions seem like something they definitely ARE NOT. They write what you want to hear in order to get you to apply...so play their game.
Spice up your resume with a bunch of stuff that they want to hear....true or not...who cares...they don't check your resume and really your resume is irrelevant because no matter how much experience you have, they always insult your intelligence by giving you a stupid test that has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual job you will be doing. So lie. Tell them what they want to hear in order to get them to respond to you.
