Doc Name Expanders - Any Suggestions

Has anyone come up with a good method for naming expanders for physician names.  With the multiple accounts and specialties, for some reason I have trouble coming up with a good system that I can stick with.

  • I use a letter of the alphabet to correspond - to the client/hospital (Views: 450, 2016-06-26, 5:04 pm)
  • I use the first 2 letters of the first and last name--sm - anon (Views: 839, 2016-06-27, 1:16 pm)
  • I begin all doctor entries with - Sam (Views: 396, 2016-06-27, 3:32 pm)
