Unless one has been living in a bubble for the past 10 years, this is hardly shocking news for any hospital...
And don't get too excited Amphion employees. It doesn't mean you'll be getting more work. The MTSO will be shipping it offshore in no time. You'll make Amphion look good, the hospital will think all is well, then poof----your work will disappear.
