you get the worst and they send the good files to the MTs that have been there the longest and this is fine but I prefer to work where everyone gets what comes up and that is what you do. I don't cherry pick and I intensely dislike cherry picking. Actually I don't mind ESLs at all and some of them are just as good if not better than the nonESLs on cell phones etc that I get.
