I would look for an Intel processor, not AMD (slower than Intel)at least 4 GB of RAM and at least a 250-500 GB hard drive. Most of the computers now come with Windows 10 on them and unfortunately, you will not be able to "roll back" to Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 on a Windows 10 computer. I would check with your company's tech support and see if their platforms support Windows 10. I would also do a search for "refurbished computers," as you may be able to find a computer with Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 that way.
