would be for the TSMs and COMs to have our backs and INSIST to the facilities that these jackass doctors not dictate on speaker phones and just use some simple common sense. Do they know we can hear every breath they take because the microphone is probably inside their mouth? TSMs and/or COMs who are former MTs just don't give a damn about what we go through. They just want their bonus and to hell with us! It's maddening, especially for those of us who stay loyal (because we are nuts?) to this hell hole of a company.
