How to get straight type pay? - all smiles

In times past, way past, I've turned in only reports that were almost entirely blank but indicated ASR and I typed a lot of lines.

I never got straight type pay for it. In fact, I think the TSM did nothing at all.

How do you get straight type pay for it?
