$10.00/hr after training or $2/chart, which ever is more per pay period. For example, if you work 48 hours in a 2 week pay period at $10/hr you will earn $480 (equal to producing 240 charts). If you produce more than 240 charts during that pay period you will be paid $2 per chart. So, say you produced 300 charts, you will earn $600, not the $480. But you will not earn less than $10/hr.
