Why is it that MTSOs typically don't divulge line rates in their job ads? I can't stand it when I see "competitive" or "DOQ," "DOE," or some other such crap listed next to "Compensation" on MTJobs or no mention of line rate at all. The worst is when you spend an hour or two testing for someone and/or filling out some ridiculously long online application in lieu of just sending your resume, and only then FINALLY get called for an interview to speak to an actual person, only to find out that their line rate, like most MTSOs, in a word, sucks!
Just venting and grateful to have this site to do so.
