Just thought that there were many applicants and many MTs giving their all, with testing and hoping. Some seem to have a need to feel superior and important. Many of this personality go on to be QA. So, the last chosen one did not work out, so one would think they would have kept all that applied for back up. That would be logical, but not if you are of a personality that needs to pick apart work to show your superiority and be in control. Worked with many of this personality.
