If there anyone amongst you that is editing in Fluency and suddenly everything goes blank on the screen? All the dictation disappears. This has happened to me 4 times now, and I don't know why.
I called Tech support and they could not tell me what causes. Am I inadvertently hitting a key combination that would do this. I am not hitting F11 which would erase the report, but I am coming up with a blank screen suddenly. I try doing Alt + R to recover, but cannot get the report back. If anyone has had this happen to them could you post please. This is in Fluency 11.
