They have made it very clear that they guarantee only minimum wage, therefore no lawsuit. That does not mean we have to be happy about it or even work for them. BTW...by LAW they have to pay minimum wage, so it is not like they are doing us a favor. In my opinion they do not even pay minimum though (JMHO) as we have to work off the clock to jump through all the hoops we are required to,(but of course they tell us to strictly NOT work off the clock, knowing all the while that if we do everything we have to ON THE CLOCK, then we slide down the pay grid) That does not mean we have to be happy about working for minimum wage or that we are going to even WORK FOR THEM, but I realize most people feel stuck here. Most of the MTSO have followed suit pay wise.
