You can do better than Nuance - They do not appreciate you - and main goal is to demoralize MTs

The management has taken MTs to the lowest level in their playing us like part of a chess game while switching on multiple accounts, over-staffing accounts, and the ultimate insult of the pay grid coupled with Fiesa.

Nasty Nuance.
