This has happened twice. One time was to list all the benefits that were in place. Wow, they may not make as much per hour, but the benefits were way better than ours.
That was a big mistake sending that to wrong group of MTs.
This happened another time, but can't remember what that was for. We were just told to disregard.
Near perfection is expected from us. Since they feel they are superior to us, perhaps they should be held to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. Grrrr
