When we had our own accounts we could wiz through the dictation at our typing speed. Today, working for an MTSO, our typing speed is really no asset with all the pauses, stopping, restarting, research, etc. My expander is practically of no use with editing. It used to increase productivity by over 30%. These companies need to figure out that you can't type 80 WPM with a dictator who speaks an average of 20 WPM while they search the EMR for data and haven't the foggiest idea there might be a pause command.
