My new performance coach, and supervisor backs her up that she does it, says she speaks to the account representatives at the facilities, but she cannot guarantee they speak to the providers or that the providers will change their behaviors. Pass the buck. I say the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Keep it up and they will talk to the providers. They keep talking to providers, maybe they will get tired of hearing it and change.
