Front-end voice rec software is NOT what you are using - You are using something very different

This topic has been well discussed here on this site and across multiple sites on the internet, so I won't get into it AGAIN here, but you MUST understand that you are not using front-end voice rec software. Once it is installed in the facilities, the reports you see CEASE TO EXIST.

So please do not be duped into thinking that just because the software you are using is garbage that it might be a long time before you have to worry about job loss. THIS IS NOT AT ALL THE CASE.

Once the front-end voice rec software is installed at a facility, you could sit down to type one day and no jobs will load into your queue at all. Nuance gives no warning when this occurs, you just sit and wonder what happened. People on this site have gone bankrupt, lost their homes to foreclosure, and been reduced to food pantries and food stamps while "waiting" on the situation to change for the better. Please re-read what the original poster said.

It is NOT EVER going to get better at this company. The whole paradigm with which they operate is not the usual business model! The goal is not to retain a workforce of MTs. The goal is to REPLACE as many MTs as possible with front-end voice rec software! They don't care if you starve or your children go without new shoes for school in the fall.
