They know. I wonder if there are any statistics to show what the error percentage was like when there was only straight transcription in the industry. Maybe it wasn't that much different, but I know for a certainty that my brain functioned better, without the added clutter of having to correct computer software errors on top of the dictator's errors. It's mentally taxing, for sure, and frustrating when you're only barely able to reach the minimum production requirement. It hasn't helped in that department...
