Bad dictation on weekends - dragging me down on the grid Posted: May 1st, 2016 - 2:46 pm
I needed to send lots of blanks to QA because of the horrible dictation that usually comes in on the weekend by ESLs. I can either guess what I think they said and send it to the client and hope I don't get audited or send in blanks to go over my QA quota.
What would you do? Tell the truth.
And BTW how does this stupid grid quota enhance patient safety when if you send in too many blanks your pay is docked. It seems Nuisance would encourage MLS to utilize QA rather than penalize the use of QA. Are they trying to save money on QA workers?
Nuisance is insane. They lie and spin as much as politicians.
