To use up ALL of your available PTO BEFORE you quit. Can they possibly find anymore things to use to reduce our pay and put it in their pockets? I am sure they are working on it right now .
Even if you are in a state where the company is required by law to pay out the PTO within 2 weeks (like my state) - I'd still try to just use it up first - they will try to come up with some loophole to not pay that.
OMG, people, they HAD to make this change to take away the PTO...basically a BONUS for THEM...how else would they get their new Mercedes this year? EWWWWW...sickening! This is the reason disgrunted workers go in and shoot up their employer's office. I am NOT saying it's right in any way, but it IS The reason.
