There was no contract. I just filled out the typical new hire forms. Is that out of the ordinary to not offer a contract? I could call them, but I don't think I'd get any further. I can only assume they are having client issues and have no work to do. Kind of a crappy way to treat new hires to just cut off communication like that. Why not just come clean and explain the situation? I'm a big girl - I can handle the truth. What I can't handle is being jerked around and kept in the dark when I've done nothing wrong.
Oh well. Guess it's good I found out now how they treat their workers.
