If dictators ever get any training (even for 1 hour) about "attorney proof" or at least "accurate" transcription during their medical training?
I ask this not because of MT guideliness or Nuance guidelines or even other association guidelines but because I get too much dictation that would sink them in a malpractice suit.
I went through ancillary health provider training, and we did have a modicum (one class) instruction on the do's and don'ts of documentation. Some of what I get across my headphones would never ever pass an attorney sniff test.
So does anybody know if they get any training at all?
